By using OodlyDo (“the App”) or our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use OodlyDo.

2. Who Can Use OodlyDo

OodlyDo is designed for young children, but only parents or legal guardians may download, configure, or manage the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to agree to these Terms on behalf of a child.

3. COPPA Compliance

OodlyDo is designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The app does not collect personal information from children and uses parental gates where appropriate.

All content, including characters, visuals, UI design, and code, is owned by NSTUDIOS LLC and protected by applicable laws.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services such as analytics or crash reporting tools. These services are expected to comply with applicable child privacy standards.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

OodlyDo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

NSTUDIOS LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of OodlyDo.

9. Updates and Termination

We may update or discontinue the app at any time. We may also terminate access if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
